This study is based on the phenomenon of increasing demand for pharmaceutical products during the pandemic, which significantly affected the company's revenue structure, profitability, and efficiency. With the end of the global health crisis, it is important to understand how the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies has changed and whether there have been adjustments to their business strategies in facing the new normal. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial ratio analysis covering liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity. Data are taken from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023, representing the periods before, during, and after the pandemic. Comparative analysis was conducted using different tests (paired sample t-test and ANOVA) to assess the significance of changes in performance between periods. The results show that in general, pharmaceutical companies experienced a significant increase in financial performance during the pandemic, particularly in profitability ratios. However, after the pandemic ended, there was a decline in revenue and profit margins due to the decline in demand for emergency health products. Nevertheless, several companies were able to maintain positive performance through product diversification and healthcare service innovation. These findings are relevant for corporate management, investors, and policymakers in understanding the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry in the post-pandemic era and the adaptation strategies needed to maintain business sustainability amid fluctuating healthcare sector demand.
2025-08-03T10:07:23+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Zanuba Qotrun Nada http://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2319 The influence of return on assets and return on equity on company value asset 2025-08-30T02:46:28+00:00 Kamilah Cahya kamilacahya2001@gmail.com Furtasan Ali Yusuf Yusuf.furtasan@gmail.com Kenedi Kenedi Kenedi.bantenserang@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets and Return on Equity on firm value in automotive sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Profitability is viewed as a fundamental factor influencing market valuation and investor confidence, particularly in the automotive sector, which experienced significant pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges of post-pandemic economic recovery. The research method employed a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual stock prices. The sample was determined through purposive sampling of automotive companies consistently listed on the IDX throughout the study period. Firm value was measured by the Price-to-Book Value (PBV) ratio, while the independent variables were ROA and ROE. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test to ensure model sphericity. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that ROA and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value (p < 0.05). Partially, ROA has a positive and significant effect, indicating that efficient asset utilization directly increases firm value. Meanwhile, ROE also had a positive effect, but with a lower level of significance, indicating that return on equity also supports increased firm value, although it does not influence ROA.
2025-08-03T10:26:48+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Kamilah Cahya http://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2289 Optimization of construction project time for type 85 boarding house using a simple path method 2025-08-30T02:46:28+00:00 Johan Lucas Away darulhattaocta@gmail.com Siti Nurhasanah darulhattaocta@gmail.com Darul Hatta O darulhattaocta@gmail.com Rio Pratama D darulhattaocta@gmail.com Daffa Ramandha P darulhattaocta@gmail.com
The growth of the construction sector in Indonesia has driven high demand for rental housing, such as boarding houses, especially in major cities like Samarinda. In the banking sector, NPL is a key indicator that reflects the quality of the credit portfolio as well as the effectiveness of the bank’s risk management. Bank Indonesia has set a reasonable threshold for NPL at below 5%. If this figure is exceeded, it may indicate deficiencies in the bank's credit risk management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, document analysis, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The key informants in this study included the credit risk manager, credit officers, and analysts from Bank Banten. The results of the study show that Bank Banten experienced a significant decrease in the gross NPL ratio, from 22.27% in 2020 to 7.53% in 2024. This decline is attributed to the restructuring of credit policies, improvement of the risk monitoring system, and the stricter application of prudent credit principles. In addition, an Early Warning System (EWS)-based technology was introduced in 2023. The credit risk mitigation strategies implemented included enhanced credit analysis, more thorough assessments of debtor feasibility, and tighter supervision of problematic loans. Bank Banten also involved internal stakeholders in the formulation of risk strategies to ensure effectiveness and compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of credit risk management at Bank Banten during the research period has been effective in reducing the NPL ratio, although there is still room for improvement in debtor financial literacy and strengthening the risk management information system. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for other regional development banks to improve credit management quality and maintain financial stability.
2025-08-27T05:35:58+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Siti Salma Nur Izati, Ihwan Satria Lesmana, Khaerul Anwar http://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2300 The application of project management in residential housing construction (greenland housing case study) PT. kalimantan global property 2025-08-30T02:46:29+00:00 Bela Barus indrirachmawati3850@gmail.com Indri Rachmawati indrirachmawati3850@gmail.com Indri Rachmawati indrirachmawati3850@gmail.com Fatimah Fatimah indrirachmawati3850@gmail.com Andi Esveranza indrirachmawati3850@gmail.com
This study examines the application of project management in the construction of a two-story 72/90 type house in the Greenland Housing area by PT Kalimantan Global Property. A strategic analysis approach was applied using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices to assess farmers’ internal strengths and weaknesses alongside external opportunities and threats. The IFE analysis produced a total score of 2.37, indicating a moderate level of internal capacity, driven by long experience in coffee cultivation, strong social cohesion, and favorable agro-climatic conditions. In contrast, the EFE score of 1.98 reflects a relatively weak ability to respond to external dynamics, including global price fluctuations, climate change impacts, and limited market access. Integrating these results into the Internal–External (IE) Matrix places smallholder coffee farmers in Quadrant VI, corresponding to a “Hold and Maintain” strategic posture. This position suggests that empowerment efforts should consolidate existing strengths while addressing vulnerabilities to external pressures. Recommended strategies include upgrading post-harvest technology, expanding direct market access, improving cooperative management, and strengthening climate resilience—steps expected to support sustainable coffee production, reduce dependence on intermediaries, and enhance the competitiveness of Gayo coffee in an increasingly dynamic global market.
2025-08-03T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Mudzakkar NB Mudzakkar NB http://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2318 Higher education institution leadership competency model development using the KSA approach 2025-08-30T02:46:29+00:00 Aditya Andika aditya.a@binus.ac.id
Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) need competent leaders to survive and thrive in today’s challenging educational environment. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and other relevant institutions. The analysis reveals a positive long-term relationship between FDI and GDP growth. Although in certain periods an increase in FDI was not immediately followed by a surge in economic growth, the data generally indicate that FDI has a significant contribution to GDP growth, especially when directed toward strategic sectors. The study also finds that the effectiveness of FDI in promoting economic growth is strongly influenced by factors such as infrastructure quality, macroeconomic stability, and supportive investment regulations. These findings are consistent with previous studies that emphasize the importance of the domestic environment in maximizing the benefits of FDI. Therefore, appropriate policies are needed to enhance investment competitiveness and optimize the positive impact of FDI on national economic development

2025-08-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Eka Wahyuliana, Nur Jaya Baiduri Ruslan, Suhartini Suhartini, Ansar Ansar
