The background of this study is based on the importance of profitability performance as the main indicator of a company's financial health, especially in primary consumer goods companies that are relatively resilient to economic fluctuations and play a strategic role in meeting the community's basic needs. Several quantitative methods of linear regression analysis are used in this paper. The samples are chosen by the use of purposeful sampling. The company's annual financial statements provided secondary data. SPSS 27 was used to evaluate up to 72 pieces of data from 24 issuers during a three-year period. The results of the study show that ROA has minimal effect on profit growth, however ROE significantly impedes it. Concurrently, ROA and ROE have a major influence on profit growth for industrial companies in the main consumer goods subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 timeframe
2026-06-11T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ratih Nur’aini, Indra Sulistianahttps://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2490Analysis of the influence of workload, communication, and work commitment on employee performance at pt kao Indonesia2026-06-30T06:42:13+00:00Manda Dwipayani Bhastarydwipayanimanda@gmail.comAgus Susantodwipayanimanda@gmail.comWilbert Suhendra Chandrawilbertsc96@gmail.com
This This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, communication, and work commitment on employee performance at PT KAO Indonesia, Medan Branch. The underlying phenomenon of this research is the importance of improving employee performance, which is influenced by both internal and external company factors. This study used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The study population was all employees of PT KAO Indonesia, Medan Branch, with a sample of 70 respondents determined using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, workload, communication, and work commitment significantly influenced employee performance, with an F-value of 16.960 > F-table of 2.74 at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.435 indicates that the variables workload, communication, and work commitment explain 43.5% of employee performance, while the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the more proportional the workload, the better the communication, and the higher the work commitment, the higher the employee performance. This research provides implications for companies to continue to pay attention to workload management, improve communication effectiveness, and strengthen employee work commitment to achieve optimal performance
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Manda Dwipayani Bhastary, Agus Susanto, Wilbert Suhendra Chandrahttps://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2484Reframing democratic legitimacy and public accountability: an interdisciplinary analysis of DPRD-based regional head elections in Indonesia2026-06-30T06:42:13+00:00Teguh Purnomoteguh14purnomo@gmail.comUswatun KhasanahKhasanah_2211@yahoo.com
Studies on regional head elections in Indonesia have predominantly examined either the constitutional legality of direct and indirect electoral mechanisms or their political implications for democratic participation and governance stability. However, limited attention has been given to the interdisciplinary relationship between constitutional legitimacy and public accountability within the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD)-based regional head election system. This study addresses this gap by integrating constitutional law and public administration perspectives to analyze how indirect regional head elections shape democratic legitimacy, accountability patterns, and local governance structures in Indonesia. Using a normative juridical method with a qualitative analytical approach, this study examines constitutional provisions, statutory regulations, Constitutional Court interpretations, and relevant scholarly literature. The findings demonstrate that the DPRD-based election mechanism possesses constitutional legitimacy under Article 18 paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution, which adopts the phrase “democratically elected” and allows both direct and indirect electoral models as part of an open legal policy framework. Nevertheless, the study reveals that procedural constitutional legitimacy does not automatically ensure substantive democratic legitimacy. The indirect electoral mechanism shifts accountability from citizens to legislative institutions, strengthens legislative dominance within local political structures, and increases the potential for elite bargaining and transactional politics. The study further argues that the quality of representative institutions becomes the decisive factor in determining whether indirect elections can maintain democratic accountability and effective governance. Theoretical contributions of this study include the development of an interdisciplinary analytical framework linking procedural democracy, constitutional interpretation, and institutional accountability in decentralized governance systems. Practically, the study provides critical insights for policymakers regarding the constitutional and governance
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Teguh Purnomo, Uswatun Khasanahhttps://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2495Critical path method (CPM) for scheduling a type 36 residential house construction at Grand Permata Hijau housing, Samarinda city2026-06-30T06:42:14+00:00Khoirur Rosidinkhoirurrosidin99@gmail.comMaulana Hamdan Rifa’irifaihamdan2@gmail.comDeddy Pramana Zulkarnaindeddypz25@gmail.comSurahman Surahmansurahman@polnes.ac.idTandi Kadangtandipolnes@gmail.com
Small-scale residential construction projects often experience delays due to weak schedule control and unstructured scheduling. This study aims to apply the Critical Path Method (CPM) to schedule the construction project of a Type 36 residential house at Grand Permata Hijau Housing, Samarinda City, to identify the critical path and determine the optimal completion duration. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Project data, including the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and initial schedule, were analyzed by constructing an Activity on Node (AON) network diagram, followed by forward pass and backward pass calculations. The CPM result indicates a potential reduction in project duration compared with the initial 120-calendar-day target. The resulting critical path consists of nine activities, including Preparation Work (A), Foundation Work (C), Concrete Work (D), Wall Masonry Work (E), Roofing Work (H), Ceiling Work (I), Wood & Frame Work (J), Painting Work (L), and Handover (O). This study proves that the CPM method is effective in optimizing scheduling time and can serve as a reference for time control in small-scale residential construction projects at the local level
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Khoirur Rosidin, Maulana Hamdan Rifa’i, Deddy Pramana Zulkarnain, Surahman Surahman, Tandi Kadanghttps://enrichment.iocspublisher.org/index.php/enrichment/article/view/2510Analysis o leadership style and motivation on turnover intention mediated by employee loyalty at PT. WOM finance2026-06-30T06:42:14+00:00Rina Mayangsarirm4yangsari@gmail.comAdrie Frans Assarm4yangsari@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the Effect of Competence, Work Motivation, and Workload on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable for Operations Employees at PT. WOM Finance. The study used a quantitative approach with 268 customer respondents. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of the SmartPLS 4 application. These three variables are ultimately closely related to employee psychological well-being, one of which is job satisfaction. Consequently, numerous studies have shown that competence, work motivation, and workload not only directly influence performance but are also influenced by job satisfaction as a mediator. Employees who feel satisfied with their work tend to have positive energy and make a greater contribution to the company. The results showed that Work Competence (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a coefficient of 0.151 and a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Work competence also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.436 and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Work Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a coefficient value of 0.516 and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). In addition, Work Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.270 and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Furthermore, Workload (X3) has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a coefficient value of -0.132 and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.208 and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Job Competence (X1) has an indirect influence on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) with a coefficient value of 0.031, a T Statistics value of 2.534, and a p-value of 0.011 (<0.05). These results indicate that Job Satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the influence of Job Competence on Employee Performance. Work Motivation (X2) also has an indirect influence on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) with a coefficient value of 0.107, a T Statistics value of 3.906, and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). These results indicate that Job Satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Workload (X3) has an indirect effect on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z), with a coefficient value of -0.028, a T-statistic of 3.235, and a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05).

2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Rina Mayangsari, Adrie Frans Assa
